I bought a Ruby Pilot Kit from Vance Bass.  It assembles very nicely and I bolted it in place. 

I had to widen everything else as well.  The green spots show where the original holes were.   I left the coupler lift bar.

I also added some brass steps from Trackside Details.

I'm sure that there's a slower way to do those rivets, but I'd be hard pressed to come up with one.

The smoke box front is done with NBW from Grandt.

The others are cut from .040" Evergreen rod.

I used the NWSL Chopper and cut thin slices...ten at a time. I finally figured out it was a LOT easier to use a knife instead of tweezers to try and place these. I can hardly wait to do the tender

I’ve added some new tanks and the piping.  Starting to shape up!

Washout plug, step...it’s coming along...

This will look a lot better when it’s all primed!
