I made this one from a Hartford Products Caboose Kit. You can view the steps by clicking on the picture.
It is a 1:20 scale caboose, based upon a Denver, Rio Grande & Western prototype.
Caboose 503 is an AMS ready-to-run model. It is similar to Caboose 501.
Caboose 505 is scratch-built on top of an acrylic form.
I’ve been influenced by the East Tennessee and West North Carolina (ET&WNC) and wanted to model one of their bobber cabooses. My plan was to scratchbuild a caboose, but it turned into a “kit” based on ET&WNC #205
