I made #501 from a Hartford Products Caboose Kit.

It is a 1:20 scale caboose, based upon a Denver, Rio Grande & Western prototype.  

I decided that my caboose would all be in the 500 series.   Since this was my very first caboose it would be #501.

I’ve been influenced by the East Tennessee and West North Carolina (ET&WNC) and wanted to model one of their bobber cabooses.

My plan was to scratchbuild a caboose, but it turned into a “kit” based on ET&WNC #205.

Since it was my 2nd caboose, it became #502.

Caboose #503 is an AMS ready-to-run model.  

It is similar to my Caboose 501; just not a kit.
